These terms and conditions govern the use of MarocPage services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering our services.
1. Definitions
- "MarocPage" or "We" refers to our web services company
- "Client" or "You" refers to any person or entity using our services
- "Services" refers to all web development services we offer
- "Site" refers to the website created as part of our services
- "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, or other material provided by the Client
2. Scope of Services
Our services include:
- Custom website design and development
- SEO optimization and performance
- Web hosting (depending on chosen package)
- Technical support and maintenance (depending on chosen package)
- Site usage training (optional)
Specific service details are defined in the quote accepted by the Client.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
- Our prices are stated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD)
- Prices may vary according to project complexity
- Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated
3.2 Payment terms
- A 50% deposit is required before project start
- The balance is due upon site delivery
- Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash
- No refunds are possible once development has started
3.3 Late payment
In case of late payment, penalties of 10% per month of delay may apply. The site may be suspended until full payment is received.
4. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary content (texts, images, logos) within agreed timeframes
- Guarantee ownership of usage rights for all provided content
- Respond to validation requests within 7 business days
- Pay invoices within agreed timeframes
- Actively collaborate on project development
- Comply with applicable laws regarding site usage
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Code ownership
The source code developed specifically for the Client becomes their property after full payment. Frameworks, libraries, and third-party tools remain the property of their respective authors.
5.2 Client content
All content provided by the Client (texts, images, logos) remains their exclusive property. The Client guarantees having all necessary rights for their use.
5.3 Portfolio
MarocPage reserves the right to use the developed site as a reference in its portfolio, unless requested otherwise in writing by the Client.
